I kid, Karkat's one of my favourite trolls. Spoiler for his blood colour, I guess, and the Land of Pulse and Haze, but if you're still in the dark about those then you've got some catching up to do.

Fanart for Homestuck, the latest iteration of MS Paint Adventures, and a... story? (It's not exactly a webcomic, so let's go for that.) Which I cannot recommend enough. Newcomers will be looking at a hell of an archive crawl, though.

As for the art, I'm pretty happy with it. I tried some new things, shook the kinks out of some old ones. ....I do apologize for my linework, though, and since I couldn't scan a sketch for Karkat's pose the anatomy is weak.

Critique is welcome, comments are appreciated.

XDD Well. Karkat's a bit more knowledgeable about human (read: troll) interaction. I think they'd get along, though. If nothing else, they'd have blood colour in common.

Wha- hey, I typed a comment here yesterday. I must not have sent it or something equally silly.
To paraphrase, I noted the badass depth of the background and also the lighting affects you've got going on, especially on his hair.

And that he needed a Band-Aid.

Love the fisheye view! And the eyes in particular are reminiscent of Hussie Classic style - nice touch!

You could start with jail break--that's just a bit over a hundred pages. There are a lot of self-referencing jokes, so it's probably a good idea to around there as well. It'll give you an idea of the format, as well.

Well.... It's more of a series of projects? There are four on the site. The settings sometimes cross over, but they're not really necessary to understanding the plots of any of the others. It isn't really going to get a LOT clearer why the King of Weasels pops up, no matter how much you know about him. Same goes for the surprising number of sperm whales that get harpooned at one point or another.
